New York Trip!
This past weekend Sergio and I went to Port Jervis, Ny to my Grandfather's house. He lives on top of a mountain with rights to a little lake behind his house. We got to see most of my cousins and all by 2 of my aunts and uncles. We had a really great time! Sergio got to fish for the first time, and even caught a fish! I helped Jake roast a hot dog on a open fire and then we did smores! It was great to see all the family again! Can't wait until next year!

Awesome Story...
Woman receives heart from fallen Ranger
ROSEMOUNT, Minn. — Army Cpl. Benjamin Kopp, a Ranger, died last month after being wounded in Afghanistan, but a part of the Minnesota soldier lives on.
His family agreed to donate his organs, and now a 57-year-old Chicago woman feels privileged to have received the Rosemount soldier’s heart.
Judy Meikle says she got a call about Kopp’s death two weeks ago from the soldier’s cousin, who’s her close friend. His heart was a perfect match for Meikle.
She says she now has the heart of an Army Ranger who’s a bona fide hero.
Kopp served two tours in Iraq before his tour in Afghanistan as a member of the 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment based in Fort Benning, Ga. He will be buried Friday at Arlington National Cemetery.
The 21-year-old died July 18 after being wounded in battle.

Writing A Contract....
Shrimp and Pasta
Seems like I only post pictures of shrimp dinners, but this one made it into Serg's top three favorite meals that I make. I really should post more pictures of the food I make, since I really enjoy cooking. Anyways...Serg picked up cooked shrimp this weekend and then went out an worked on one of our cars. I decided to "try" something new. I made angel hair pasta with green and red bell peppers, mushrooms and a little olive oil, toped with cooked old bay shrimp. It was super easy to make and Serg loved it! He actually ate the leftovers today for lunch :)

UPDATE....
- Sergio did very well in the All-Start game. His team won and he went 1 for 3. He played right field to start with and had a double play, throwing the runner out at first after a pop-fly.
- The 17th -19th we were in Smoke Hole, West Virginia. My aunt and uncle purchased a 2 night stay for Sergio and I for Christmas. (They also got it for their 4 kids and their significant others). All 10 of us headed up to the mountains and each got our very own honeymoon cabin. We had an amazing time! We went tubing both days. It was the first time for both of us and we absolutely loved it! We found a river close to home that has tubing and we can’t wait to go again! Other than that, we grilled out both nights and had a great time with all the cousins. It was definitely a priceless gift!
- On the 21st we met with a Realtor and Loan Officer and were approved to buy our first home! We’ve been looking and looking with no luck yet. Just trying to be patient and know that God has a plan for us. He will put us exactly where he wants us. Please say a few prayers that where he wants us, is where we want to be J.
- This past weekend some family from New York visited and Cameron was on block leave. They all helped my dad build a shed, all in one day. It was very impressive.
- Next weekend we will be traveling to South East New York to visit my Mom’s side of the family. We will also be picking up my cousin Justin who is coming to live with us. He’s had some problems with friends and wants a fresh start. Please pray that he can be inspired to do better and achieve great things.
We have some big life changes coming with in the next few months, if you could keep us in yours prayers, that everything works out.
